Founder, G12 Foundation, Wins Emerging Leader Of The Year Award

The Fleet Entrepreneurship Development Centre (FADEC) has conferred an award of Emerging Leader of the year on Hon. Oche Joseph Godwin, founder G12 Foundation.

The award ceremony which took place at the Nigerian National Merit House, Maitama, also served as an avenue for the launch of a book titled ”The Passion Driven Entrepreneur,” written by Comrade Wisdom Obekpa.

In an acceptable speech, an elated Mr. Oche thanked the organisers for finding him worthy for the award, stating that it was a call to do more for the youth.

Hon. Oche noted that since Government could not, on its own alone, do everything for the youth wing, it was important to encourage and support the youth in their ideas. He further encouraged the youth not to give up on their endeavours.

Notable dignitaries at the event included Amb. Dickson Akoh, National Commandant of Peace Corps; Paul Harrison Ogbole (SAN), amongst others. Similarly, students of the University of Abuja and Idoma Youth Coalition Group sent in their Representatives to honour the awardee.
